Are the tours private?+
Yes. Featured experiences are for your party — not shared bus tours.
Can we customize the itinerary?+
Yes. Stops flex around your interests, timing, pickup location, traffic and attraction hours.
How far ahead should I book?+
We ask for 72 hours’ notice. Earlier requests are still worth a call or WhatsApp — we will be honest about the diary.
Are attraction tickets, meals and gratuity included?+
Unless they are written into your confirmed quote, tickets, meals, parking, tolls and gratuity are separate.
Can you handle cruise luggage?+
Yes. A cruise-day itinerary can combine port pickup, sightseeing while bags stay with the vehicle, and airport drop-off.
Which airports and ports do you cover?+
Pickup and drop-off at any airport or cruise port in Florida — including Miami (MIA), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Orlando (MCO), Tampa (TPA), West Palm Beach (PBI), Fort Myers (RSW), Jacksonville (JAX) and Key West, plus PortMiami, Port Everglades, Port Canaveral, Port Tampa Bay, JAXPORT and Key West. South Florida transfers start from the published rates; longer statewide runs are quoted by distance.
Do you drive to Orlando?+
Yes. The Orlando Private Day Trip is a same-day round trip from Miami or Fort Lauderdale in a Lincoln Navigator. Park tickets are separate. One-way to MCO and overnights can be quoted.
Do you provide child seats?+
Yes — request a child seat when you book. There is a small coordination fee, and we confirm the age and type before the trip.
Can you drive us in our own car?+
Yes. Private chauffeur service in your vehicle is available when you would rather not take one of ours. Ask when you request the date.
What if my flight is delayed?+
Share the airline and flight number with the booking. We track the arrival and adjust — you are not left on the curb because the wheels were twenty minutes late.
